Refund policy

Due to the custom, made-to-order nature of our products, all sales are final and we do not offer returns or exchanges.

Each item is created specifically for you through our print-on-demand partner, Printful, and goes into production once your order is placed.

That said, we want you to love what you receive. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at contact@withak.co with your order number and photos of the issue, and we’ll take care of it.

Please note:

  We are unable to accommodate sizing-related returns or exchanges, so we recommend reviewing size charts carefully before placing your order.
  
• 
  Minor variations in color, placement, or finish may occur due to the made-to-order printing process and are not considered defects.
